7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday except holidays*. All holidays are noted on the calendar page of this site.

An answering machine is on after hours. You may leave a message if needed and an employee will contact you during the next business day.

A mail slot is located next to the front door to leave payments after hours.

If there is an emergency after regular business hours that requires an immediate response, you need to contact the Nashoba Regional Dispatch at 978-772-1900.

The dispatcher will contact the on call person. Depending on the situation, the on call person may contact you by phone, or respond to your location. Time to respond to any situation is less than 30 minutes. Types of emergencies include leaks, low pressure, dirty water, or anything that may interrupt water service to your home.
